Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours. Processing times may vary during sales, promotions, or holiday periods.

Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped via the carrier requested by the customer, using either USPS or UPS.

Free Shipping
Orders over $50.00 qualify for free shipping via USPS or UPS.

Local Pickup
Local pickup is available to avoid shipping costs. Please contact us to arrange a pickup time.

Shipping Delays
Delays may occasionally occur due to product being out of stock, inclement weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is affected, we will notify you with revised shipping details. If your order cannot be shipped in a timely manner, you may choose to cancel your order for a full refund or accept the adjusted shipping timeline.

Carrier Compliance
All orders are shipped in accordance with the requirements and regulations of the carrier used.

International Shipping
At this time, we do not ship internationally, with one exception: we are happy to ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses (U.S. military and diplomatic mail addresses).
